YOUR FIRST VISIT
Your first visit to our office is the most important visit you will have with us. It allows us to get to know you and your individual needs. Helping you feel comfortable and solving your foot problems is our #1 concern. To do this effectively, you can help us by being prepared with the following items:
If you are unable to complete your New Patient Paperwork ahead of you visit, please arrive 30 minutes early to complete it so that we can see you at your scheduled appointment time.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Visiting a new doctor can be scary. We want to make you as comfortable as possible. Take some time to visit the links at the top of the page that introduce you to our wonderful staff and doctor. If you are prepared for your visit, you will feel much more comfortable when you arrive.
When you first arrive, we will gather all the information we listed above. If you forgot to bring your ID or insurance card, we will try to reschedule your appointment to another time that is convenient for you, that same day, if possible.
We always try to get you in a room as close to your appointment time as possible. We know that your time is important and it is our goal to stick to the schedule we set, however, please be patient with us if we need to attend to a patient with unexpected or complicated needs. We will always give you and your family as much time as is necessary to help you with your problems.
After you meet with our Medical Assistants and go over your medical history, Dr. Pierson will come and perform a thorough exam and answer your questions. Many times it may take more than one visit to completely solve your problem(s).
We are looking forward to having you as part of our family!
