CHERAOffice Manager

Chera is a transplant to Alabama from Arizona and you can see her periodically in clinic, trying to keep things running smoothly. She is a mother of 4 beautiful children and is currently studying to be a Sign Language Interpreter. Dr. Pierson is lucky enough to have been married to Chera for 17 years.

The whole staff, and especially the Dr., Dr. Pierson, was awesome! Not only were they all very kind and courteous, but knowledgeable , friendly and above all, fun! The Dr. took care of me and my needs and made me feel comfortable. BTW, this was my first visit! I highly recommend anyone who's having any anxious thoughts about visiting a podiatrist to go see Dr. Pierson, his great sense of humor :) and his lovely staff :) Read Less

I was so confident walking in this place the vibe was good the staff seemed friendly went in had a procedure done the same day. I paid like 2 something cause of insurance and the procedure I was told someone would follow up later that day to check on me No one did!!!!!! Then my toe was hurting/ throbbing once it woke up and the pain medication I was already on didn’t even help it was pounding and swollen and I have not been able to sleep right since went in over a week and a half later and he says oh it looks good just keep dressing it and just like any procedure it’s going to hurt! Well ok I figured as much but you told me kids come and have this procedure done and they go back to school and playing sports right after with no problem ok I’m not as youthful as I used to be but you told me I would still be able to wear my shoes but No I can’t had to go buy new shoes 2 big so I can’t fit my toe in my job does not allow for open toed shoes I am not sure what kind of people you have had to just go back to normal after this procedure but please be aware that it’s going to take at least 3 to 6 weeks if not longer to get better and also when I left they never gave me another appointment wow is all I can say not so sure if I will be back js I need to feel like your my doctor you have my best interest at heart not just wanting to run up my insurance cause it’s good Read Less

Professional, pleasant atmosphere, willing to work with me...I left my medicine list at home..., office was clean and smelled nice. All personnel was willing to help and answer any questions I had. Doctor was nice and funny. He told me everything he was going to do before it was done. I had my right big toe nail with fungus. He let me watch him take it off. It was so cool!!!
